Lian, Andrea, and their entire crew have been incredible to work with. They are professional, responsive, and pay incredible attention to detail. The deep clean was exactly what it sounds like, a DEEP clean. They did windows (inside and outside of large windows, screens, vacuumed buildup between screens and windows), baseboards, every lightbulb, light fixture, behind the stove & refrigerator, under the couch, and much much more. Every inch of our home was spotless and we loved it so much that we now have them come every other week to help us maintain the same levels of cleanliness we had from the deep clean. The last time I tried to do a spring cleaning (2 or 3 years ago) I had to break it up into multiple days and I still ran out of energy before I finished the kitchen. Rather than try to tackle it myself this year I decided to hire a cleaning service. I was looking for a service that would do heavier work such as washing walls, cleaning windows, windowsills, baseboards, light fixtures, dusting books & bookshelves. A friend recommended Lian Cleaning Service.

I am so happy that I hired them for a deep cleaning. They came in to do the work last week and the apartment SPARKLES. They even got the baked-on spills off the stove, oven and toaster oven that I had given up on getting clean.

The team arrived on time and got right to work, tackling jobs that I could not have accomplished on my own including cleaning blinds and cleaning behind the refrigerator and stove. Going to be honest, during the pandemic when I didn't have anyone in my apartment for *years* I did not keep up on maintenance cleaning or tidying up for guests and the dirt and grime really got away from me. I bought a house and was moving out of an apartment that I had loved living in and wanted the new tenants to be able to start out in place that was move-in ready and I'm so glad I hired Lian Cleaning Services, they gave the whole apartment a white-glove cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. They did the window sills, under low shelves, pulled out the appliances to clean them inside and out and get every inch of the floor. That apartment was cleaner than when I moved in. I had been so stressed that I wasn't going to have time to really clean the place and move and they brought in a crew and made that a whole new apartment in just a few hours. And now at my new house I'll be using their maintenance cleaning services!
